Your selection
Add the application types you need above. If you are not sure which one matches your request letter, add nothing and call us on 778-318-1973 — we will confirm it with you.
Each applicant is fingerprinted and charged separately, so book one appointment per person. Fees are paid at the appointment, not through this website, and we confirm the exact amount that applies to you against your request letter beforehand.

From request to appointment
Four short steps. If you are unsure which service applies to your request letter, calling us is often the quickest way to sort it out.

- Step 2
Choose a time
Press Proceed to pick a slot and leave your contact details. One appointment per applicant — each person is fingerprinted separately.
- Step 3
You get a checklist
Your confirmation sets out exactly which identification and paperwork to bring for your application type.
- Step 4
Attend your appointment
Arrive ten minutes early with your original documents. Capture itself usually takes 15–20 minutes.
Worth knowing first

Questions about appointments
If your question is not here, call us with your request letter in front of you — that is usually the quickest way to a precise answer.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
An appointment is required and we do not accept walk-ins. Capture slots are scheduled so that each applicant has a private, unhurried appointment, which is only possible when every visit is booked in advance.
How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments are completed in approximately 15 to 20 minutes, including identity verification, capture and image review. Allow a little longer if you are bringing a foreign-government form or several applicants.
What identification do I need to bring?
Two pieces of valid, original government-issued identification, at least one of which shows your photograph. Photocopies, scans and photographs of documents cannot be accepted. Requirements are set by the receiving agency and are confirmed against current training material.
Can my whole family be fingerprinted together?
Each applicant needs their own appointment because each set of prints is a separate transaction. Tell us in the booking form how many people are attending and we will let you know which consecutive times we can offer.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is taken at your appointment by card — credit, debit or a mobile wallet — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Acuity or on this website. No payment is collected through the booking form.
What if my fingerprints cannot be read clearly?
Worn, cracked or heavily calloused fingertips sometimes affect capture. We review image quality on the spot and recapture during the same appointment at no extra service fee. If a submission is later rejected for a reason attributable to our capture or data entry, we recapture and resubmit without a further Acuity service fee — where a rejection results from information you supplied, a further government fee may apply. In rare cases where electronic capture is not possible, we will explain the alternatives available for your application type.
