Fingerprinting is often a required step in an application that matters a great deal to the person taking it. We aim to make attending our office straightforward for every client, including clients with disabilities, clients with limited English, and clients who need extra time or privacy.

Our office at Unit 302 – 6935 120 Street, Delta, BC V4E 2A8 is on a ground-accessible route with step-free entry from the parking area and an accessible washroom in the building. Fingerprint capture takes place in a private, enclosed room, and seating is available in a quiet waiting area.

This site is built to work with keyboard navigation and screen readers, uses text that can be resized without loss of content, maintains contrast levels intended to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and honours the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system so that animation can be turned off.
