We verify which fingerprinting category applies to your screening requirement and what identification your people will need to bring.

We tell you what we can arrange
We reply with the appointment times we can offer for your timeframe, the fees per applicant, and a plain-language checklist you can circulate internally.

Individual attendance
Each person attends their own slot with their own original identification. Prints cannot be captured on someone else’s behalf.
A note on scope: Employee appointment information and results remain confidential. Acuity will not disclose an individual's result, attendance details or personal information to an employer unless the applicable process and the individual's authorization permit it.
What we will and will not handle on your behalf
Group enquiries are handled in confidence and used only to answer the enquiry. At quote stage we do not ask for, and you should not send, the names, identity-document numbers, dates of birth or any criminal-history information of the people you are screening.
Each applicant attends individually, presents their own original identification, and gives their own written consent to the capture and submission of their fingerprints. The result is produced and released by the RCMP and goes only where that individual's own application directs it — we do not report individual outcomes, or the fact of a match, back to an employer.
Fingerprint data is not stored in this website or in our booking system, and organization contact details are never added to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.

What we need from you, what your applicants need to bring, and where the result is sent.
Can my whole family be fingerprinted together?
Each applicant needs their own appointment because each set of prints is a separate transaction. Tell us in the booking form how many people are attending and we will let you know which consecutive times we can offer.
Will my result be sent to me or to the organization?
That depends on your application type and the instructions from the requesting organization. Bring the recipient name and mailing address to your appointment so the submission is directed correctly.
What do the fees cover?
The Acuity service fee is $60 for digital fingerprinting — identity verification, Livescan capture, image quality review and electronic submission. GST is not applied to this fee. Where the RCMP charges a federal fee for your application type, a further $25 is collected on the RCMP’s behalf and remitted in full. Both amounts are shown to you separately before you confirm.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is taken at your appointment by card — credit, debit or a mobile wallet — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Acuity or on this website. No payment is collected through the booking form.
Do you provide Vulnerable Sector Checks?
No. Vulnerable Sector Checks must be initiated through the appropriate police service or authorized provincial program. If the police gives you a fingerprint request letter as part of that process, please contact us to confirm whether we can capture and electronically submit the required fingerprints.
