Acuity Fingerprint Solutions Inc. is a private company. It is not a government office, a police service, an RCMP office, an agency of the Government of Canada or a Direct Connect agency, and it does not issue criminal record checks. We capture and submit fingerprints; decisions on criminal record checks, record suspensions, immigration applications and clearances are made by the responsible authority, not by us.

Submitting a booking request or enquiry through this website does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly. Please do not send sensitive personal information, identification documents or payment details through web forms or email.

Fees, hours and service descriptions published on this site may change without notice, and government fees are set by the responsible government body. The fee quoted to you at the time of booking is the fee that applies.
